1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Alestra L.L.C-FZ ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the RoomAI mobile application ("App").

By installing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 3 years of age (or have parental consent if under 13) and that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your personal device(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its source code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful, commercial, or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App's infrastructure
• Use automated tools to bulk-process or extract content from the App

3. User-Uploaded Content

You may upload photos of rooms, spaces, and interiors for AI processing. By uploading content, you:

• Confirm that you have the right to upload and use the photos (e.g., they are your own property or you have permission)
• Grant us a limited, temporary license to process the photos solely for generating design results
• Retain full ownership of your original photos
• Agree not to upload photos containing illegal content, third-party copyrighted material without permission, or personally identifiable information of others without consent

AI-generated design outputs are provided for personal inspiration and visualization purposes only and are not intended for commercial use without our written consent.

4. AI-Generated Results

RoomAI uses artificial intelligence to generate home design visualizations. Please note:

• AI-generated designs are for inspiration and visualization only — they are not professional architectural or interior design advice
• Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate representations of how a physical renovation will look
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated design outputs
• AI outputs may occasionally contain unexpected or imperfect results

5. In-App Purchases

RoomAI offers optional in-app purchases ranging from Rs 1,500 to Rs 6,600 per item. By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable Google Play payment terms.

• All purchases are final unless required otherwise by applicable law
• Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy
• Purchased features are tied to your Google account
• We reserve the right to modify in-app purchase options at any time

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use the App to:

• Upload content that promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or illegal activity
• Upload photos of others without their consent
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code or spam
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's normal operation
• Misrepresent AI-generated results as real photos or professional design renderings

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, trademarks, code, and AI models within the App are the property of Alestra L.L.C-FZ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The "RoomAI" name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of Alestra L.L.C-FZ. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects
• AI-generated designs will meet your specific expectations or be suitable for any particular purpose
• Results will accurately reflect real-world renovation outcomes

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alestra L.L.C-FZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any reliance on AI-generated design results for actual renovation decisions.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update the App and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We may discontinue, modify, or restrict features without prior notice.

12. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
